This NOLA favorite is made of multiple thin layers of cake filled with dessert pudding. Traditionally the cakes are made with half lemon and half chocolate, iced and covered in a fondant shell. I make them in a variety of flavors and filled with puddings, creams, ganaches, fruits and also cover in a chocolate ganache. Made in multiple sizes to accommodate any party!

This cake is normally three to four layers of delicious Almond or Butter flavored cake filled with fresh raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries with a soft and lightly sweetened Mascarpone and cream cheese icing and topped with more berries!

Lovely Cinnamon and brown sugar Danish style bread dough braided and baked to perfection then covered in a powdered sugar glaze and topped with purple, green and gold sugar & decorated.
